Cooked whole baked salmon tonight for dinner with samphire, peas, spinach, dauphinois potatoes & a sauce made from the stock of yesterday’s lobster. We barely made a dent in the salmon so we’ll be eating it in various forms for the next few days 😋😊 @NickysPlaice 🎣
