@FootballManager @FIFAWorldCup Will this be added to previously established saves? I’ve been rising up the leagues on an extended English football database, and would love to manage England in this save at the end of it!

@JmozzaKHFC @silkblue01234 @BarrowAFC I really wish we backed Russ the same way Phil Brown was backed, I really think it would have been a different story for him
English

@NicoLasytz0 @silkblue01234 @BarrowAFC In fairness to Russ, he got dealt a short hand. We budgeted for another season in the NLN, fluked a promotion, then went into a NL campaign unprepared and inexperienced as a whole. A Stuart Watkiss-like appointment to come in and help Russ and Jim at that time would’ve been ideal

✍️ Barrow AFC are delighted to confirm the appointment of Adam Murray as new First-Team Manager until the summer of 2028.
Welcome to Barrow, Adam! 💙

@silkblue01234 @JmozzaKHFC @BarrowAFC Russ Penn got the same treatment (a club legend at that). I love the club, but the fans are ridiculous at times.
English

@BarrowAFC You’ve got yourself a great manager there lads! Weirdo Harriers fans giving him grief (again), but ignore that, his record speaks for itself. He will do well for you. Have a good un Murray!
English

@khfcofficial Thanx Adam for all you have achieved for this club getting us out of the North. Pity on the poor sod that comes in and has to endure the countless drivel off dickheads on here!!!
English

Harriers can reluctantly confirm that Adam Murray is to leave his position as Manager following an approach from another club.

@TravisKHFC @mxttt55 @khfcofficial Leave it at that then really. What does he owe us? Got us promotion and has left for what is likely a higher paying job, which he is entitled to.
English

@NicoLasytz0 @mxttt55 @khfcofficial He was rightly criticised at the time, football was terrible, he turned it around fans got behind him and he is off 3 days after taking us up
English

@mxttt55 @TravisKHFC @khfcofficial What does that even mean? Giving a manager abuse while we sat in a playoff spot seems a bit more of problem to me?
English

@NicoLasytz0 @TravisKHFC @khfcofficial Happy clappers like you are everything that’s wrong with the club
English

@TravisKHFC @khfcofficial Why exactly? We are national league now, a much better position than when he joined. He’s not playing a fifa career mode, he’s earning a livelihood and owes us literally nothing.
English

@NicoLasytz0 @khfcofficial Well that army of 12 year old may of been right all along
English

@TravisKHFC @khfcofficial Probably doesn’t want the army of 12 year olds behind the goal chanting that he’s a w***** or a c**t by September tbf, and leaving for a better paycheck at a level of football where that makes a world of difference (after already fulfilling the job of promotion for the club)
English

Sad to see you go Adam Murray, thank you a million times for the promotion! ❤️

@basicallydying1 Agree with you there! With us Harriers, we’ve had our fair share of the lows with the amount of title misses, play off defeats and a few relegations we’ve had. Nothing beats a promotion at the end of it all
English

@NicoLasytz0 You need to experience the lows so that the highs are even sweeter. As an ipswich fan, relegation to league one was a bitter pill to take, we were absolutely shocking that season, but then it was worth it running on that pitch for promotion to the prem
English

Hes bang on here, I've got mates who are Liverpool fans and united fans etc and getting promoted from league one genuinely invoked more emotion from our fans than when Liverpool won the Prem for them. If you're not from the area theres no way you're as connected as locals

"You have no connection to that club..." @Tgarratt10 argues that football means more when you support your local team.

@0161Darren I lived in Mexico for 3/4 years and got ripped to shreds for my accent coming back

Swear you people never been abroad or spoken to someone in broken English.
TobyWrites@tobyasky
Did an English boy just say “I don’t score any”😂😂 He’s taken so much Spanish lessons, he’s losing his English😂😂 He’s literally speaking like a Spaniard
English

@KHFC111 We did the same to Penn, who did what no one else could (until Murray) and got us promotion, and the fans turned on him something stupid. We’ve got some very toxic fans at this club. I also stuck with Murray, and he gave me one of the best nights Ive experienced as a harriers fan
English

So sad that received such horrible messages. Glad I stuck by him and proved his doubters wrong
One more year Murray please
