Yesterday we celebrated CQI leadership Awards. The ceremony recognises and rewards members of staff who have successfully completed the CQI Leadership Programme. The programme allows members to focus on improving the service and care for our service users.

Improvement is for everyone at all levels across all roles We can all do it & thrive on your ideas It’s not just for senior people. They often aren’t the ones with the ideas It doesn’t have to be complex, fancy or over complicated The best improvements start small & simple
