Genuine question for people running agents in CI: are you sandboxing them, or just trusting the diff review? We're doing the second one and I don't love it.

Every SaaS onboarding flow now has an AI chatbot and still no way to bulk import. I don't want to talk to it. I want to paste a CSV.

Boring pays the bills, but you still need to position yourself for the next wave.

/goal maxxing update: 11 PRs opened overnight, 9 green, 2 it correctly refused to touch and left a note explaining why. The refusals are the part I care about. An agent that knows what it shouldn't do is worth ten that ship.

What's the last piece of internal tooling you deleted because an agent made it pointless? Mine was a scripts to try and build our end-user docs site.

The PDF turns 32 this year and it's still the only file format everyone can open and nobody can actually edit easily. We built a whole industry on that one inconvenience.
