Our press conference after the session opening had us fielding a lot of questions about the Governor’s remarks about medical malpractice reform needing to happen this session. I’m happy to say that today the senate passed the medical compact licensure bill that I co-sponsored! Now the big work begins to lay the foundation for medical malpractice reform and to keep Drs practicing in NM!
