On BBC2 this evening was a program River Walks : The Nidd which starts at Scar House reservoir and goes down the valley showing the scenery of the walks and also includes a favourite shop in Pateley Bridge!

Despite what it says under the picture of the running man on my previous post, the run will be 26 miles and if we can make it, it will be 26.2 miles!
