There is no point in making a number postpaid first then adding in family plan. Haven't expected such service from Airtel.

@airtelindia I have upgraded my Airtel family plan, but unable to add family one of my number. Have raised compliant 2 time, had chat with customer care, but no response for more than 7 days. Keep saying u need to make the number postpaid first. Have already adde 2 prepaid nos.
