Unfortunately for #Romans, this is probably 2/3 months too late in their hopes for survival this season - It’s a tough ask now.
Bath City a big club in the NLS, let alone Step 3, it’s an attractive job for SW based managers.

Who would City fans want? 🤔

After a busy few days, I wanted to jump on and give you a brief update.
Many of you will already be aware that I’ve decided to make a change. It wasn’t a decision taken lightly, but one I believe is necessary to safeguard the future direction of the club.
Ultimately, the responsibility for the direction of this football club sits with me, and this decision has been made with the long term future of the club firmly in mind.
In terms of Linesy, he’s someone I’ve genuinely enjoyed working with and have a huge amount of respect for. He has played a big part in helping the club get to where we are now, competing right in the midst of the play off positions. He leaves with my thanks for the role he has played in that journey.
Promotion remains the footballing priority for the next six weeks.
For that period I’ve asked Ash, someone I respect hugely, to step in alongside Juan Mascunano. Juan is an elite level coach who has worked at the very top level in Spain, before holding roles with Newport County, Bristol Rovers and Bristol City. His experience and perspective will be hugely valuable for the run in.
Ash will help guide the group through this period before transitioning back into his Director of Football role as we continue building the long term structure of the club.
This decision is about giving the group the best possible platform to finish the season strongly and setting the club up for what comes next.
For the avoidance of any doubt, our objective is simple. We want this club playing in the Southern League next season.
As always in football, managers, players and owners come and go.
What remains constant are the people who give the club its identity.
Helen, Ian, Sue and Dave are exactly that. The heartbeat of this club. No statement about the past or the future would be complete without recognising the enormous contribution you continue to make. The club, the community and the town owe you a huge debt of gratitude.
Now it’s about pulling together. Get behind the lads, get behind the club, and let’s give everything we’ve got to finish this season the right way.
Chris

Statement – Ben Munns
It is with mixed emotions that I announce my decision to step down as Managing Director of Corsham Town Football Club with immediate effect.
Following discussions with fellow directors, it became clear that our visions for the remainder of the season and the future direction of the club were no longer fully aligned. In the best interests of Corsham Town, I believe it is the right time for me to step aside from my role.
Serving this club has been an incredible journey. Corsham Town has a way of pulling you in and becoming part of who you are. I have been proud to play a role in helping move the club forward during my time here. We have faced challenges to the successes, every moment has been part of a special experience that I will always value.
I leave the club in the middle of an exciting and fiercely competitive promotion race, and I have every belief that the players, management, volunteers, and supporters will continue to drive the club forward.
I would like to extend my sincere thanks to everyone involved with Corsham Town — the volunteers, staff, sponsors, partners, players, management teams, and of course the supporters. This is a club built on passionate people who care deeply about what Corsham Town represents, and it has been a privilege to work alongside you all.
While I will be stepping away from my position as Managing Director, I will continue to support the club in a volunteer capacity until the end of the season and remain, first and foremost, a supporter.
Corsham Town is a special football club, and I look forward to watching its continued progress.
Come on you Quarrymen. 🔴⚪️🔴
