Just recovering after a fantastic weekend in London for the big one @LondonMarathon .. Bit bad for a guy that would get a sick note to skip PE! The only thing that could have made the day even better would have been for it I be cooler! Amazing day!!

Accountability is important for me -so here it is! Exercising daily with a 50/50 split between running & the gym. More work needed to tone at the gym, however very pleased with the progress. It takes time & that's okay. #gym #running #fitness #accountability #MentalHealthMatters
