In response to @simmonssteve and his statement that only one of 20 people in hockey circles giving him a positive response to hiring of Chayka, Keith Pelley replied "we must have talked to different people." This is going well. Credit to Steve for that question.

People are going back and forth on whether it was right for this question to be asked. The most notable thing to me, though is that this would've been very easy for Pelley to pivot into why he sees Chayka differently, and the answer, like many today, didn't meet the mark
