Done and dusted Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon in 1:39:24 hours (pace ≈ 4:43/km; AHR ≈ 160). This is my 8th consecutive Half Marathon PB (massive PB by 4:34 minutes). Sub 100 min HM goal achieved. Excellent pacing strategy (tempo zone). @DelhiHM_ #Running #Marathon

7th Official Half Marathon and 7th consecutive PB (PB by 7:32 minutes). Last year's Vedanta Udaipur Half Marathon on 29th September, 2024 was my first HM & I finished it in 2:42:16 hours. Today I finished the same in 1:43:58 hours. Almost one hour improvement in one year.

Completed first time Ladakh full marathon 42km on Sunday 14-9-25, marathon was very tough. High elevation gain , low oxygen level and many obstacles were there but finished with satisfactory result “world’s highest 11155 ft marathon”. #ladakhmarathon #Marathon #running

4 years ago, I didn’t run at all. Yesterday, I ran the World’s Highest Marathon. I trained for months to qualify for this marathon. And it’s an experience of a lifetime. Running at an altitude of 3500m and about 70% oxygen taught me humility. I thank the majestic mountains for pushing me to my limits. You can just do things. Reading and talking about doing things won’t teach you. Experiences that evoke strong emotions changed me. That’s why I do hard things.

Done and dusted Ladakh Marathon in 4:23:05 hours. I had a target of achieving sub 4:30 hrs finish here. Executed my pacing strategy well. But completing last 5 km was more difficult than first 30 km (elevation). Also achieved sub 2 hrs half marathon finish. #Running #Marathon
