@ProteanEgovTech Thank you. Let me get technical for someone from your team to understand. “The registration form passport field maybe using a regular expression to validate entered data to be in ANNNNNNN format. Now it should do AANNNNNN format check“. Passport numbers now have two alphabets.

@ProteanEgovTech - Please check your NPS registration site for NRI accounts. It is not allowing new Indian passport numbers to be entered. Some newly issued passports are beginning with 2 alphabets. AANNNNNN (A - Alphabet, N-Number)

@ProteanEgovTech Your grievance team is not competent enough to understand the issue. I have raised two tokens and still no resolution. They just don’t understand that it is a website technical issue. They are doing unnecessary investigation and useless responses (token - 11677806, 11688797)
