@sheriffforte @JacksonCountyMO @KansasCity You are referring to my son, Nicholas Butler. Please explain to me how this was not foul play when he OD on fentanyl while in custody?!?! The inmates cannot have visitation so how did the fentanyl make its way into the prison. Justice will be served for my son!

On 10-26-22, 30 yr old male detainee was found unresponsive in a living unit at the Detention Center. He was immediately transported to a hospital. Today, he was pronounced dead. Foul play not suspected. Sheriff’s Office is conducting investigation. @JacksonCountyMO @KansasCity
