Poe’s Sandwich Joint is my favorite sandwich place in the city. I went there today to meet a friend for lunch and Poe gifted me a hoagie tray and a ton of ziti to bring home to my family because of my dead parents. No bigger mensch in Philly. I love Poe and his sandwiches are unbeatable.

I am going to Philadelphia for the first time in my life later this year and I’m starting to feel genuine anxiety about how much I’m going to love it. This is like Paris syndrome but I think I’m going to refuse to come home.
