@HalifaxBank When I click cancel direct debit it says I don’t have any to cancel - which isn’t true

@NikkiLeeWork Sorry to hear the app isn’t working. You can cancel a Direct Debit via Online Banking or by calling 0345 720 3040 (or +44 113 242 1984 abroad). Automated service is 24/7, advisers are available 8am–6pm, 7 days a week (closed bank holidays). What error are you seeing? ^Nandu

So @JustEatUK thinks it’s acceptable to not refund two split drinks from @CostaCoffee - which ruined the food inside- obviously hard up for £20 AVOID
