Attended a fab online session by ETF on Monday - ‘Stepping into Leadership’. A fantastic opportunity to stimulate grey matter & network with other leaders/managers, providing the space to slow down & reflect about role, practice and personal attributes. @E_T_Foundation

This evening I have updated the adult English and maths induction planner, finalised slide set for tutors to support induction delivery and created GCSE English diagnostic assessment with accompanying intro slides. Time to switch off and get some rest!
