All Boss testing has been concluded and Rogue still doesn't have a working tier set bonus. Zero tuning changes and ONE Talent changes for outlaw over the entire 11.1 PTR cycle, while classes like mage gets tuning and talent changes on a weekly basis. Is this acceptable? GRR.
