@SovietMarmalade Ah yes, the old school ways, that really brings me back lol. That and also reading the TV Guide to see when your favorite movie was playing so you could record it on VHS and “carefully” pause to skip commercials.

TVs with built in VCRs are a thing and I’m SO fucking glad I grew up with them and miss out on being called uncultured lol

@SovietMarmalade I haven’t had Ube in a long while, not since I lived in Hawaii. Super unique and interesting the first time I had it.

I love that more and more people are discovering unique Filipino flavors, and I think this person is doing a really really good thing overall. I just find it alil weird that it somehow never came up in their research that ‘traditional’ ube ice cream is already vegan?

@NikulasWraith It sucks donkey kong dong for sure. But I have 2 internships under my belt. 2 shorts, and an upcoming short that I’ll be editing. The 2 are not paid sadly, but I believe the film I’ll be editing WILL be paid so here’s to hoping lol

I’m not an artist in terms of drawing, but filmmaking. Graduated at the literal start of COVID with a film degree, no graduation ceremony. People didn’t give a shit about my degree. For 6 years I’m still looking for a job in my field. Fuck AI.

I'd say post whatever you'd like, and depending on what your goal is, base it off from that. :3 If you want to show off your art skills, then do that. If you want to do some helpful tips/tricks, then post those. Also fun posts about daily life is fun, gives people an idea of your life through your perspective, plus it's fun to have life updates! :D
