You need to study more.
Localization should be limited to updating things that cannot be understood by simple translation.
石橋を叩いて渡る (tap on a stone bridge then cross) can be appropriately localized to “look before you leap.”
Unnecessary localization like changing 奴 (guys) to “incels” is TOTALLY inappropriate.
The world needs translators that can do a bit of localizing. Not localizers.
