A new chapter for @nilebasin as Ms. Aynalem Ashebir - Ethiopia becomes NBD Board Chairperson, succeeding Ms. Verdiane Nyiramana - Rwanda. An experienced civil society leader, Aynalem brings strong regional expertise. Her election advances women leadership in water governance.
