@DTDCIndia what happened to my parcel? When will i get to know

How come my dtdc plus courier from greater noida to patna, reached jaipur? It was urgent, had to reach in a day, yet it took more than three days and still counting. Who will pay the compensation to the inconvenience and loss incurred?

@DTDCIndia I had sent a less than 100 gram parcel from greater noida to Patna (through DTDC express premium costing INR 600) in which DTDC promises delivery in a day and thats the reason they charge a hefty sum. My parcel still shows in transit after three days. May i know why?
