I can stay away from digital distractions, it's my brain that doesn't switch off from thinking about work. Have I done enough? What do still need to do? How can I be better?

I need to get better at switching off from work on weekends in 2021. Turning off notifications is no longer enough. To force the matter, it even may mean deleting entire apps on Friday evening and reinstalling on Monday morning.

I had the opposite problem at the weekend. I could get a list of transactions from my online banking but couldn’t get statements 🤷🏼♀️

Note to past Nimi. You do not need to keep more than a year's worth of bank statements... definitely not a decades worth!
