@NiallEco @JackmanNeil @LegoLostAtSea Same. Pretty sure it's a holy water bottle like those used at pilgrimage sites like Lourdes and Fatima etc.

Does anyone recognise this tiny plastic bottle, just a few inches high? It was found on a beach clean and we're trying to work out how old it might be. Made in Hong Kong.

I've tweaked and expanded slightly the 'Learning How to Learn' booklet I made last year. There are KS4 and KS5 versions - they differ in their examples of certain strategies. The video below is the former. Links to each are in the tweets below. I hope they're useful.

@ScottPughsley Do you keep a todo list? I have different priorities and some things done so stay on the list. I always go home early and ensure that I spend time with my sons. That is now a habit. I work evenings, after they've gone to bed and weekends when they're busy with their social life.

I’m getting the parent guilt already and work hasn’t started yet. Why does it always feel like if you’re bossing work you’re neglecting your family and vice versa or you try to balance and fail at both?
