@cessonmute @chocxprincess_ Our bodies keep score of our traumas. & sometimes our bodies recollect things from decades ago before our mind catches up because we store trauma away, lock it up & repress the memories. I guess that or our bodies preparing for something

@glitchu__ Time is an illusion. “I’m going to run out of time” has people hyper fixated on the future when really we should be living & enjoying the now. Constantly worrying about time & the future will have your consciousness out of the present. Jesus tells us not worry about tomorrow.

@BrianMcLight This is such a skill to have that I wish I can master. It is sooo hard to let someone have a moment of grief while not trying to add yours into the pot as well. All while being optimistic throughout the convo. Beautifully said.
