@CompactRisk Don't be too impressed! I forgot to mention that Koopa's voice was done by AI. I didn't find anyone who could reproduce the voice.

@SuperShowHQ I actually found one more teaser from the series while going through a dvdr. It looks like the teasers are meant to transition from captain to smb3. Did the original footage by any change include any parts of the Captain N? If so do you still have them?

@SuperShowHQ Thanks i'm happy you like it. The only thing i'm still trying to adjust is the mosaic transition. I'm not quite sure how the remake that effect. I want try and make it look more authentic to the original source. But not sure how lol.

Here are four of the Mario previews that played before the episodes of the Captain N & The Adventures of Super Mario Bros. 3 block. Most of these are lost, and currently only 5 out of 13 are available in some form. I'm hoping the rest get found someday!

@parkerrsimmons I always thought this artwork lend itself perfectly for a Anime movie. These are truly beautiful recreations. Almost makes me want to pick up drawing again. But i don't have the patience anymore :P

@SuperShowHQ I didn't even know the mario bros 3 cartoons had previews. I guess that makes sense seeing as the aired along the Captain N series. If i can find some reference videos and decent audio tracks i'll try to remake them like i'm doing with the captain n series archive.org/details/captai…

@hour_mario Good luck with your sales. If i wasn't broke i would definitely bid on them. I really like these slides especially the power hour artwork. Btw just wondering you wouldn't happen to have any film reels with episodes lying around? :P

@NFan_Official But it's missing the commercial breaks and company made a error with scanning the master tapes. So all of the footage is a little bit out of focus. It's mostly visible in cartoon lineart which looks separated on some parts.

@NFan_Official There is also a other dvd release. By Beyond Entertainment it's australian release but the kept the footage NTSC. Basically it's the Shout Factory set without filters. And it includes 3 of the live action segments missing from the Shout set.

@NFan_Official But the biggest issues is in order to actually collect the complete series despite the various so called complete boxsets. Your pretty much doomed to import every single release out there and combine all of them into one just to enjoy the show like it aired on tv.

@NFan_Official If you have to go with PAL the superior version in my opinion has to be the UK release. It looked really nice and still had the original music intact.

@NFan_Official I still need to test the model on a actual moving video. If that works, i'll make the model available for free for everyone.

@NFan_Official It's a shame really because till this day it's still the most complete set. The only episodes that didn't have filters added are the so called bonus episodes. The probably learned from there mistake when the SMB3 and SMW dvds came around.
