Super Mario All Stars Mario 3 Battle - Goes well late in pools (WF/LSF/LF) or anytime after. One of my favorite minigames ever. Groove On Fight - Old 2D Fighter, it's weird but can be run anywhere in bracket.

Ninza - It's free, go try it. Can run REALLY fast but it's got a wild energy to it. Kinda wish I put it on stream. Don't run as an opener/early losers game, otherwise works anywhere. Bushido Ball (UFO 50) - Fits anywhere Windjammers would. Explaining the controls is a good idea.
