if deceased unitholder was investing in MF with full proof compliance, then why there is need to provide Notarized copy of OVD after death. Attestation by Claimant should be enough. also in Maharashtra affidavits should be on 100 Rs stamp paper or 500 ? plz clarify the rules.

@amfiindia @Camsonline Transmission to regd. nominee is now required to provide ID proof of Deceased unitholder like PAN, Aadhar etc. but HDFC AMC is demanding Notarized copy of Deceased PAN or OVD. Can we know the logic behind that ?

मोदी सरकार ने 1.34 लाख करोड़ रुपये के मूलधन और लगभग 1.7 लाख करोड़ रुपये के ब्याज का भुगतान पूरा कर लिया है। यूपीए सरकार के कार्यकाल में 2005-2010 के बीच जारी किए गए तेल बांडों की कुल देनदारी 3.23 लाख करोड़ रुपये से अधिक है, जिसे 2026 तक चुकाना होगा। ये बांड सरकारी तेल कंपनियों को ईंधन की कीमतों को कम रखने के लिए जारी किए गए थे, जिससे बाद की सरकारों पर कर्ज का बोझ आ गया। यूपीए सरकार ने वैश्विक कच्चे तेल की उच्च कीमतों के दौरान ईंधन की कीमतों में वृद्धि से बचने के लिए ये बांड जारी किए थे। अंतिम पुनर्भुगतान: ऋण का अधिकांश भाग 2021 और मार्च 2026 के बीच चुकाया जाना निर्धारित था। सरकार ने मूलधन और ब्याज सहित 1.34 लाख करोड़ रुपये का भुगतान किया, जो कुल मिलाकर लगभग 3.23 लाख करोड़ रुपये बनता है। इसके साथ ही एक दशक लंबी, अरबों डॉलर की ऋण सेवा प्रक्रिया समाप्त हो गयी है।
