F/A - LFT R6 Coach T1, willing to pick up multiple(dual) roles (Strategic, Analytics, player development/generalized support & management). Personal Goal: With M80X, my priority was to see how much a 3 year disconnect from the R6 META might impact my coaching. With working with the team/talking w/ Fabian & Merc, realistically the gap was a lot lower than I expected and I am confident that my capabilities to read and understand the META is peak. With my time away in Valorant, I was able to break away from the strategic/analytical focus of the role and truly focus down the development of individual players as well as the macro-scope development of a team. I confidently feel like a solid jack of all trades coach that esports unfortunately demands. I would have loved to have qualified along side the M80X roster, but I will be satisfied with how quickly we were able to scale up and rebuild fundamentals in the month we had. Realistically, without knowing their plans I have to look after myself (hence the LFT), but if they end up maintaining the roster and I don't find a home I'm sure I'll be helping rebuild the team's framework in some capacity. Always thankful for the support in wherever I ended up, just glad to finally be back.
