In contrast, BMW service handles these things proactively during routine service without me having to remind them. Are customers now expected to track every service item themselves, even at authorized centers? #Tatamotors

My question is simple: when the vehicle is being serviced at the authorized company service center, isn’t it their job to inspect and change essential fluids like brake oil at the right time? Why blame the customer later? #Tatamotors

Very disappointing experience with Tata Safari service. A newly bought car develops a brake booster issue, and now the service center says it’s not covered under warranty and force to pay because the brake oil wasn’t changed. #Tatamotors
