@bajajgeneral we had taken a travel insurance to Germany and would like cancel it .despite multiple reminders there’s no progress on the request . Further more you have asked for all 36 pages of passport copy ! It’s a breach of data .Need a resolution asap ! Req no SR 21873411

@bajajgeneral Unfortunately raising the concern here doesn’t help . They are contacting at odd hours and not understanding the problem . We need a refund for two months of insurance considering it’s been issued for 110 days and was in use for 10 days . We need a refund for the remaining time .

@TCForexOfficial tried reaching out via customer care email and even called The branch for booking ref FX00475886. There is no update as yet and also the branch has denied doorstep delivery. Please cancel the request and initiate a refund ASAP!

@hcltech I haven’t received my relieving letter yet and my last day was 28th April . I shared all clearance snapshots with On-site HR and they don’t even respond to my emails anymore . The offboarding portal doesn’t work for me ,there is no escalation matrix as well Pls help!
