@bajajgeneral Unfortunately raising the concern here doesn’t help . They are contacting at odd hours and not understanding the problem . We need a refund for two months of insurance considering it’s been issued for 110 days and was in use for 10 days . We need a refund for the remaining time .

@TCForexOfficial tried reaching out via customer care email and even called The branch for booking ref FX00475886. There is no update as yet and also the branch has denied doorstep delivery. Please cancel the request and initiate a refund ASAP!

@ICICIBank_Care I have raised a new request for account opening and again it’s gone on hold. They have mentioned they will close it if they can’t contact instead they could take an offline confirmation or share details to call customer care . This is pathetic
