@NitzanShashi @halalflow The Native American could have easily worked with ICE & handed over the illegal, but she demanded a warrant instead. She was being very emotionally empathetic towards the illegal, but that was within her right, & ICE had to abide by it. I hope you learned something.

They needed a judicial warrant because it gives “ICE the authority to enter your home”. Without it, ICE couldn’t get into the home of the woman recording, let’s call her “Diana Prince”, for the sake of simplicity.

@LazyM8Pazy @halalflow ICE left empty handed because they had no legal jurisdiction over the woman. One easy way they could’ve had jurisdiction over her, like you’ve stated, is if they had a warrant signed by a judge with her name on it. But since they had nothing, they were powerless.

Since January 6th, a lot has changed. I used to just spout off at the mouth about things based on not much else but feeling. Now that I’m older, more mature, and have gone to therapy, I can calmly reflect on things before giving my opinion. Such is the case with my thoughts on all the recent ICE tragedies.
