@NJTRANSIT_RVL Is there any sort of refund that the customers can get for this garbage service? It’s unreal that we pay over $400 for a monthly for this crap

@NJTRANSIT Why would you allow the train to leave the station when literally 3 min later there was an alert of a significant delay? Reverse us into Newark and allow passengers to get off and take an Uber home! We are sitting feet away
