Protecting National Memory and Strengthening Identity During Times of Crisis The National Library and Archives invites the community to attend a lecture titled “Documents and National Memory: Crises and Future Opportunities”, in collaboration with @Majalisabudhabi. The lecture will be presented by His Excellency Dr Abdulla Majed Al Ali, Director General of the NLA, and will take place at Khalifa City Majlis on 14 April 2026 at 6:45 pm. The lecture will explore valuable insights into protecting the nation’s memory during times of crisis, the importance of documentation as a reference in periods of conflict and the relationship between news and records.
