$GTLL This entire rebuilding process is challenging.  The last two weeks brought that to a new level.  We’ve completed our first full engagement with a new auditor and finalized our 10-K (12/30) and September 30 10-Q. While the conventional thought from the outside might assume that these are not linked, that's simply not the case.  There were some unforeseen and unavoidable delays with the Q.  The whole process required reconstructing 2+ years of historical records, contracts, and board actions—but our financial reporting cadence is now materially stronger. Despite months of continuous coordination with auditors and regulators, timing constraints couldn’t be met. The 10-Q is being finalized today and, once filed, OTC Markets should lift our delinquent status on the next trading day.  We realize this was not an ideal detour, but that's all that it really was, a detour.  For some companies, a trading status issue becomes their identity.  Not GTLL.  Our journey remains unaffected, the business continues day to day and our goals remain intact. Head down. Moving forward. More to come.

$GTLL This is huge progress any way you slice it. First… How many OTC companies generate $3+million in revenue? Albeit at shit margin at the time. But per the past 8k that has been changed. After June and we should feel that in the Q coming. You can’t build a bottom line until you have a top line. The comms and 8k we are set up for a higher margin model now with the new structure in PrimeCare, GloWell and PulseAI. If you read this 62 page epistle, you will see how much trouble the past 2 CEOs got us in and how Fd we almost were. This 10k illustrates the magnitude of the cleanup that has taken place. Thank you CEO. Unwinding the shit deals of the past couldn’t have been easy. Getting rid of a sanctioned auditor and getting the new guy to go through this hell and validate that we are a real, functioning and compliant business was a huge leap. @ScottinBayV True, the price is still in micro-ranges, but seeing consistent trades in the .00022–.00024 levels with heavy volume is a sign the stock isn’t as flat as before. Something is definitely brewing with this momentum.
