I, Dharam Singh S/O late Ram Singh, an ex-serviceman who served the nation for 26 years, am being harassed by Bhudev Singh S/O late Ram Singh and his wife Dropati Devi. They, with the help of Sub-Inspector (SI) Omveer Singh and the local police, have filed a false kidnapping case against me to take over my property in ग्राम नगला शुमाली, Bulandshahr, UP 203399. What happened: On 12th Nov 2024, Bhudev Singh S/O late Ram Singh and his wife Dropati Devi began illegal construction on my property. Despite the land documents (Ghironi) clearly being in my name, they continue to use their connections with the police to act freely. I stopped the illegal construction and told Papu mistri S/O Ratan Singh to wait for a legal resolution. Later, I gave Papu mistri S/O Ratan Singh a ride to Jargwan Bazar near my house. Bhudev Singh S/O late Ram Singh and his wife Dropati Devi, with the help of their friend Anandpal S/O Tota Ram, falsely accused me of kidnapping the Papu mistri S/O Ratan Singh. SI Omveer Singh along with full force raided my house multiple times without a warrant, harassing my wife and causing mental trauma to both of us. I filed a formal complaint against Bhudev Singh S/O late Ram Singh on 12th Nov 2024, but no action has been taken so far. Meanwhile, Bhudev Singh S/O late Ram Singh continues construction, even after the case has gone to tehsil. My questions: ⿡ How can police file false cases without evidence or investigation? ⿢ Why did SI Omveer Singh raid my house without a warrant? ⿣ Why is no action being taken despite the land documents being in my name? ⿤ Is this the treatment a veteran deserves after 26 years of service? I request @Uppolice , @myogiadityanath , and @BJP4UP to investigate this injustice, take action against the guilty, and ensure justice for me and my family.
