@AdrianTribs I've done it before. If you fail a streak it can feel disheartening, so you delete your account. There is a window of like 30 days where you can simply reactivate the account. There is no instant delete.

Why do some people delete their account and then undelete it later? I’ve met a couple people who do this constantly. I don’t get it. What does it accomplish?

@Mnofap12 I understand, urges are hard to defeat. My advice would be to try and avoid being online for a bit. Go take a walk, keep yourself a bit busy and let the feeling pass by. It gets worse the more you think about it and the more online you are. You can do it!
