Hi @RAC_Care I’m waiting for a breakdown patrol! The tracking has just been updated as ETA 21:20-23:20 and I’ve already been waiting since 15:30 - is this some kind of unfortunate record you’re setting?

@DIPPERLEWIS @RAC_Care I’ve got a 4 year old waiting in childcare and they are going to get to me for 12:40 am…. I rang them at 4:14, that must be their new target…. 7 hours!!

@RAC_Care What a fucking joke. Do you feel it’s right to keep someone waiting for 7 hours

But someone was supposed to be ringing me within 20 mins when I complained 25 minutes ago! So won’t hold my breath…

@TheRAC_UK feel that waiting from just after 4pm till 12:40 am is an acceptable wait time… when you have explained you have a 4 year old child in childcare! I wouldn’t bother wasting your premiums night in shining armour! More like village idiot in tinfoil!

Absoutely brilliant service from @TheRAC_UK this morning - car wouldn’t start on the drive and within an hour patrolman Eddy had arrived, and fitted a new battery shortly after. Thank you!!!

9 minutes apart and the message completely changed. This is for an item that arrived damaged because they couldn’t be bothered to package it at all. @LoveWilko
