@kevinjewell @paulstewart35 @Anne_Hidalgo Correct but this plaza is part of the bridge span. These locks have no business here, and their weight is still a danger. Do you remember the Pont des Arts, and how the grills collapsed by the weight? Same situation here.

@NoLoveLocks @paulstewart35 @Anne_Hidalgo Pont Neuf is solid stone, no place to attach the locks, this is the grills on the Ile de la Cite around the pont neuf, but the structure of the bridge cannot be endangered by locks.
