Do some research before defending your failed governor's reckless spending, using Don Mohler of all people, who was Baltimore County Executive for all of seven months. Weeks before Moore took office, the Spending Affordability Committee, led by @SenRosapepe, showed surpluses projected every year through 2028. One year later, deficits through 2029.
