It’s been a super rough recovery!❤️‍🩹 I get the stitches out tomorrow 🥳 but I made it to the gym today and we did some pull-ups!! 💪🏼 i got 2 reps with a 40 lbs db—haven’t tried that in a long time! I discovered the trick to making regular pull-ups feel easy, is to lose 40LBS 🤣😂 not sure how I’ll achieve that but that’s the trick!
