After carefully looking at the numbers and the baggage on potential NDC Presidential Candidate and his VP, I still maintain that Tinubu will win the 2027 election. However, ADC and Atiku may come second going by his strength in APC states the last time. Obi and Kwankwaso will most likely come third. Obi will have issues selling Kwankwaso to the international observers because how do you sell someone who is on the watchlist of the most powerful country in the World? Obi will have issues selling Kwankwaso in the South South and South East because the sharia tag is still around his neck. Kwankwaso on the other hand will have issues selling Obi in the North because Obi is pro-alcohol and his major achievement and investment as Governor was the creation of a brewery in Anambra state. Then there are a couple of allegations of how Obi treated some Northerners in Anambra while serving as Governor. Most of these things are what rivals will use to campaign. As of today, I think Tinubu will win the next election, have a better spread and win more states. Atiku will win the most states in North West and North East to come second because of the huge voters presence in these two zones. However, he isn't going to win a single state in the South. He might win one depending on his choice of the VP. Maybe. Obi and Kwankwaso will come third because the South South Governors and South East Governors have a message for him. His numbers will be heavily suppressed and most of his votes will be wiped out by a single state in the North. All these are projections and they tend to change as we approach the presidential election.

We are aware of the video circulating online that appears to show an officer disregarding a senior colleague’s directive, along with concerns about vehicle documentation. The Nigeria Police Force upholds strict standards of discipline and respect for hierarchy. Any actions that do not align with established procedures will be reviewed and addressed. No system is entirely immune to abuse, so vigilance and proper verification are essential. We advise the public to keep vehicle documents valid, current, and, when required, authenticated by the appropriate authorities. We encourage citizens to cooperate with lawful checks and stay informed of their rights. Professional conduct, accountability, and public awareness are vital to building trust and ensuring safety. The leadership of the Nigeria Police Force remains committed to upholding discipline, integrity, and due process.

Have you read the accounts of Anioma officers that defected to the Biafran side during the war and took up arms against Nigeria? Are you aware a number of them including Keshi, Kurobo (Rivers) and Rudolf Trimnell later preferred federal jail than staying with you in Biafra because of how badly they were treated? I'll refer you to civil war interviews of Col Martin Nzefili ( From Afor in Ndokwa East), Major Keshi (From Aniocha) and Lt Col Rudolf Trimnell (from Ashaka in Ndokwa East) and even that of Biafran army's chief engineer responsible for fabricating the famed Ogbunigwe and local APC's, Col Okwechime ( from Ibusa). Okwechime, a former president of Izu Anioma's opinion on the Anioma and Igbo people is well documented online. Ojukwu even refused to hand Lt Col Trimnell, the highest ranking Midwestern officer command of the Midwest because he wasn't Igbo enough for him. Most of those that stayed behind among the Anioma officers were either brutalized by Igbos who saw them as outsiders/saboteurs or treated with outright disdain. Col Nzefili spent months in hospital in Umuahia after being badly beaten by Biafran soldiers for no reason other than he was from the Midwest and therefore a saboteur. Not even Joe Achuzie (Asaba) or Conrad Nwawo (Onicha Olona) who sacrificed their entire networth for the Biafran cause had good reports about how they were treated by Igbos and the "poisoned chalice" of Ohaneze Ndigbo President Achuzia was later given, didn't erase his opinion about his true Midwestern identity. Heck, even the great Zik was ostracized by Ojukwu because he felt Onitsha people's age-long claim of a Benin origin meant Zik could not be trusted! Let's not even speak about the deceit of Biafran soldiers executing an Anioma officer (Col Igboba) and blaming it on the federal army just to coerce Anioma officers to defect to Biafra as confirmed by Biafran Chief intelligence officer, Bernard Odogwu (Another Midwesterner) and corroborated by Major Keshi, or the atrocities committed by Biafran soldiers especially in the Aboh - Okpai - Afor axis that had to be remedied in part by Achuzia and Nzefili. Are you even aware that Anioma officers, REFUSED to wear the Biafran "rising sun" insignia but rather chose to wear the palm fronds insignia because they refused to identify with Ojukwu's sectional ideology? We could even start from the '66 coup and how Nzeogwu from (Okpanam) became an unwitting pawn in a sectional power grab and ethnically colored coup that he never intended before being set up to meet an untimely end in the frontlines in the early days of the war due to his unflinching pro-Nigeria stance. Yes, we know what "brotherhood" means to you as you have demonstrated time and time again and we will not be gaslit into embracing an identity that isn't ours. Anyone tagging Anioma people as Igbo is ignorant and that's their problem. Anioma people DO NOT want to be attached to the South East, deal with it!

You bear an Igbo name. You speak Igbo. And the moment you commit any crime, you are immediately tagged as Igbo. But when it is time to stand with the Igbo people to bear the burden, to fight the cause, to share the struggle you suddenly become non-Igbo. While the Igbo bear the brunt. You are not Igbo.

Each time we visit my mother in law’s grave in Ibadan, I see the headstone of a South African Air Force officer in front of her’s. Lt. Pieter de Jager Fritz, a 22-year-old pilot, died in 1941. I know the Commonwealth keeps meticulous grave records, so I decided to research.

We’ve been here before. The courts removed all the APC winners in Zamfara and declared those who finished second winner. This was decided based on a pre-election matter. In essence, if the ADC keep digging from here instead of getting things in order legally, even in an unlikely scenario where say Amaechi/Tambuwal win the election, the courts will declare such a victory null and void. We have been here before. The only difference between this matter and that of the other ones in the past is like a great goal scored at the World Cup versus an equally great goal scored in a division 2 game. Two great goals, difference stages. Only the stage is different, the outcomes will be the same. There’s more than enough legal precedence to know how this ends. Even some of these low quality lawyers must know this. It has no ante bellum or other latin maxims in it, it’s the plainest of issues. And if they don’t, they can always follow the tweets of the lawyers that help them see things more clearly.

Hearing from both sides is always good, and in situation like this, it may be give and take, not a winner takes it all. Can David Mark and other ADC leaders sit down with this young man and iron things out? My humble opinion at least for now.

1- Atiku will deliver the Northeast for ADC. 2- Kwankwaso, El-Rufa'i, Tambuwal, Malami, Marafa and Kaita will deliver the Northwest for ADC. 3- Sen. David Mark, Dino, Dalung and others will deliver the North-Central for ADC. 4- Peter Obi will deliver the Southeast for ADC. 5- Rotimi Amaechi and his team will deliver the South-South for ADC. 6- Rauf Aregbesola and his team will deliver the Southwest for ADC. No governor can deliver his state, let alone his zone, for Bola Tinubu and the APC in 2027. Atiku is coming!

For days now, I had refused to comment on the Ozoro R@pe festival. I did that so I'd get my acts right before commenting. For decades, the Ozoro Rape festival had been in practice. Some investigations showed how enthusiastic and ready some of these beasts in human form were. They happily awaited the day to come so they could try out their fantasies. One of the former victims claimed she was raped by her own brother, who later knocked his father out because "she was too succulent and didn't want the father to enjoy what he enjoyed." In all I could gather, the women moved on. They 'forgave and forgot' because to them, it was a tradition. They were even advised against having ill feelings so they wouldn't be punished by their ancestors. One thing I constantly asked was for clarity, if it was limited to just the ill travelled illiterates, but I was shocked to discover that a lot of people leave their jobs, call in sick or use one vice or the other to escape their jobs outside Delta state, just to be present for the festival. Another boy came forward to spill that those 'big shots' from town, often came home with Police Escorts, who are asked to "enjoy themselves." There is NO WAY, the police in Delta State would tell the people that they aren't aware of all that's been happening in Ozoro for decades when they provide security to the VIPs who organize this so called festival every year. Everything they said were jargon aimed at deflecting the general public from asking questions. As usual, we swallowed it and moved on.

I actually ended my marriage not because i wasn’t proud of being married. But I discovered that I was the one marrying myself. I gave so much to my ex marriage thinking a future with someone who add lost interest in me I endured so many things in my past marriage just to keep on wearing that crown. But I never knew that I was hiding my own happiness and peace. I didn’t follow other women methods in which they leave their husband. I left without saying a word or causing drama. I left quietly like someone who was heading to the market. I did not return to my parents house because I already made plans in getting me a new place. Where I rented for myself. I felt nothing while leaving because I had already heal up. While still in my marriage upon leaving my marriage i learned a great lesson Never force anything to work just because you need it to work. Everyday i celebrate the very day i took the best decision of my life. Marriage is a stalker it stalk you up as a woman. In which you play the old fashioned

Before BAT came on board, only 4 out of every 1,000 Nigerians had ₦1M in their accounts. Today, that number has risen to 5–6 per 1,000. It’s still small, but President Tinubu has increased it. Before you argue, check the facts and verify for yourself.
Morris Monye@Morris_Monye

Some young Nigerians have never experienced N1m in their account. I kid you not. Exchange rate is down to N1,400 from N700 when this govt came to power yet some have never seen N1m at a go. How do we as young people spend as other people in the world spend.
