@bendrfcsmith97 I think it depends if they back him. Not sure why they wouldn’t like, just going off Hourihane’s interviews about how the club won’t be challenging next season etc. Maybe they just didn’t fancy him as manager and used it as an excuse for him to leave 😂

Jacob Brown to Doncaster, I'll call. I think the way for Donny to punch above their weight in League One is to further home in on a frenetic, high-octane identity built around aggressive pressing from the front, and Brown can do that because he's a real athlete who can go for 90 minutes. He did it superbly for Daniel Stendel and Gerhard Struber at Barnsley. Luton even recruited him for the Premier League because of what he can do against the ball, and that was shown for a Stoke side that never really settled on a clear playing identity. Also versatile - can play left, right or down the middle in a front-three. So while they might have to pay a few extra quid in terms of wages for someone who's played 202 Championship games, they can also get away with having five forwards for three positions rather than six because of how easy it is to juggle the attack around. Yorkshire lad too so geography could suit. #DRFC 🔴⚪️
