Chief wanting to save Keyes is the only good new line, I really enjoyed that little bit. The entirety of the Flood in CEv is honestly really good. The new protogravemind looks insanely good and I like how Cortana gets the data from Keyes' neural implant.

So far from what I've seen there's zero references to Fireteam Raven in the remake. I was hoping to see them on one of the missions where they ran into Master Chief but it never happened. Would've been so cool to see them in the background of the Warthog run fighting The Scarab

44K likes on a post that's completely wrong. The marine still shoots you and hurts you.
You can clearly see the marine shooting high over Chief's head in the original clip, likely because Mint was crouching. I tested this last night on stream and took damage from several shots.

In the original game, he can shoot you. And it hurts you. Then naturally you panick, shoot him, and then you get the heaviest silence possible, realizing what just happened. Here, even when he's pointing straight at you, nothing hits you. Jesus Christ, this is shit.

@ChefandArbistor Ngl I did enjoy chief's dialogue much more than usual because of Tory Denning's contributions. Plus im hoping we get more stories where either Troy or Kelly Gay influence the story in halo games. Their stories and writing are excellent.

Operation Meteorite: Not bad, not fantastic. Just a fun side quest. Gameplay and visuals were fantastic (especially when he space combat) I think Troy Denning writing is better in-book than in a game though. 7/10 at its best. No Mark IV skin and cliche writing brings it down.
