This Karen, in a HOA called a Heavy duty wrecker to come tow a crane that was inside her development.
Clearly, the homeowner getting the work done had a permit, and the crane was loading the material or helping set the trusses.
She personally paid the bill for this, with expectations that the HOA will reimburse her, which they did not.
