@chibiemi_ I agree it’s not going anywhere, but to me, I personally don’t see myself getting any more immersed by graphics getting “more real” at this point. There’s only so close we can get to hyper-realism before it starts swinging back around to waste of resources for very minimal gains

I agree with you that it’s not perfect. But the nature of technology is that technology gets better over time. The great thing about DLSS 5 is that DLSS 4 is not going away. As AI is developed further, I expect that AI-assisted technology via DLSS 5 will get better as well. We (via AI) couldn’t even make Will Smith eat spaghetti a few years ago. Look at it now. This is an announcement, not the final product.
