@Rackspace Is there a class lawsuit yet because they deserved to be sued over the mishandling of this event... Even today they still haven't given us our data and the little bit we received is packed with errors.

@specker99 @Rackspace They will no longer offer Microsoft Exchange. They are making that clear in a shitty way. There is a way now to switch your Exchange customers to MS 365 and keep the rackspace emails on rackspace. You have read all the updates and you'll see where they talk abou it.

@Rackspace So from the sounds of this the Exchange system that we were using up to Dec 2nd is gone? Only PST’s will be provided? For people with mixed environments this is gonna be a pain…..What’s your solution for that? Or are you out of the Hosted Exchange biz?

@Rackspace These people are patting themselves on the back for doing the absolute most horrible mishandling of a catastrophe in the history of IT. They have been dishonest since the beginning and don't deserve our business anymore. We will migrate all our products away from Rackspace.

@Rackspace From the last update, it sounds to me like they will not be offering hosted exchange at the end of this. They offer the forwarding as a temporary solution while you're migrating your emails... if you read between the lines it's not looking good.

Hosted Exchange outage: Along with M365, a temporary solution allows mail destined for Hosted Exchange to be sent to external emails. Rackers are calling customers, emailing alternate addresses and addressing chats & tickets. Please view status info: bit.ly/3ui4CGk.

@Rackspace Is anyone able to create new rackspace email accounts during this? I am getting a timeout error. I'm trying to setup a new IMAP accounts - but, it does not work (just spins and spins)
