@topsecretgunner I understand that this may not be your preference, but when there is an active issue, we'd rather spend time on the issue and helping customers, and not posting about the downtime in multiple places.

@NodeStatus This is not an upgrade RamNode. I'm good with adding a status page, but the twitter feed gives me great info. And yes, I am a paying customer.

We're aware of a switch failure in one of our cabs in LA. DC staff are notified and working on a resolution.

Network access has been restored in ATL

The facility is currently investigating possible damaged fiber

We just received this from our DC partner "It appears your router is still powered up. We believe this may be an issue with the physical fiber uplink. We are investigating and will update you shortly."

We have opened a priority ticket with our DC partner in Atlanta

We are aware of networking issues in ATL and are working on a resolution.

Seems like an issue with our primary ATL router. Still troubleshooting the issue
