@sseraphimma Still think it's weird that he took a "weaker form" to face Gojo knowing that he nearly died 3 times and still continue to stick up with the plan. So he's just taking risks for the love of the game ?

@Nodhko7 I never said sukuna was 100% sure, I think he went in there with a plan and executed it, but that’s not to say it went perfectly. Gojo is a formidable opponent, after all :)) also, he didn’t go TF bc he had to fight like 14 other ppl after this LOL it was a tactful dcision

@sseraphimma I'm not saying Gojo wins easily, but I don't think it goes either way, I think Gojo wins no matter what but not easily at all

@sseraphimma Because Sukuna can't kill him all along that's my point. Do you really think that Gojo knows how he died ? It was off screened and fast. + let's not forget that Gege confirmed that Gojo let his guard down and that Kashimo was able to dogdge WCS so if he can Gojo can.

@Nodhko7 I don’t think that’s the most logical interpretation. Why would sukuna let himself nearly die if he could kill Gojo all along? I don’t think Gojo would come to that conclusion either, because it doesn’t make sense with the way the fight unfolded. I think it’s—

@sseraphimma I'm not talking about Gojo, Sukuna did reduce his DE output that's what Yuta is talking about. And no he wasn't using it as you can see he's getting slashed, he only used it for his throat and started used right after this panel when he started running

@sseraphimma Why would Sukuna feel tension if he is supposedly 100% sure he will win? And apparently he could just switch to his Heian form to guarantee victory?

@sseraphimma That’s not something he actually said it’s just a logical interpretation.
Gojo doesn’t know how he died, and he assumes Sukuna was capable of killing him from the beginning, especially since Gojo had just killed Mahoraga. Meanwhile, Sukuna himself says it was thanks to Mahoraga.

@Nodhko7 When does Gojo say he thought sukuna had the ability to kill him the entire time? He just says he was crazy strong and all that jazz ab not needing 10s. I understand his word isn’t gospel tho—I only brought it up to say Gojo thought more than once that he could die.

@sseraphimma He tried using his most powerful DE, and Gojo mocked him by reducing the output of his DE (so the slashes became much stronger). DA isn’t enough because in hand-to-hand combat he got completely destroyed. That’s why he relied on Mahoraga. (Gojo wasn't using RCT in this panel too)

@Nodhko7 sukuna is able to bypass infinity on his own, however, he was unable to any longer due to brain damage and unable to open his domain. This why he used mahoraga, which is also why he “nearly dies 3 times,” as you put it, because he was letting raga adapt to infinity. I believe—

@sseraphimma The characters and the readers have not the same pov, so what Gojo says in the afterlife doesn't matter as Sukuna debunks him right after that whole airplane scene.

@sseraphimma The only reason Gojo thought that he might loose against Sukuna without 10s is because he thinks that Sukuna could do this from the beginning. He doesn't know how he died he thinks that Sukuna could do this from the start. But right after that Sukuna debunked him

@sseraphimma Well the only time Gojo thought he would lose was when Mahoraga popped + Sukuna himself says it that he had no way of bypassing infinity on his own. He nearly died 3 times in the fight and that's a risk he wouldn't take it if he was truly able to bypass on his own.

@sseraphimma *Meguna > Sukuna Heian against Gojo not in general. It's way more dangerous for Gojo to face a Meguna (who's just physically weaker than Sukuna Heian) and a Mahoraga who can bypass ur infinity each attack.
