@Bball924 Loading up the weak side is literally just a defensive ball rotation and was still perfectly legal…

Magic wouldn’t just sit at the 3 pt line lmao he was a different type of floor general. And teams didn’t have the shooting nor value the 3 nearly as much to take advantage of bad spacing. The best perimeter defenders still got put on the best perimeter players so this shit ain’t

@NoirChvp @gabe_wiseman2 @naz_flockkk @Fiizop lol talking ball, back then because of how you had to play defense you couldn’t take advantage of teams bad spacing on D, for example the way teams completely ignore Russ and Ben Simmons form 3 you couldn’t do that in the 80s/90s to guys like Magic cause it’ll be called illegal D

@Bball924 You didn’t need them that’s literally just how the league has shifted. Thats why you can’t just throw scorers together and expect to win…if you’re playing organized ball everyone plays their role and you don’t need crazy scorers…

@NoirChvp People are scoring more because teams have more scorers on the floor lmao your literally answering the question, back then didn’t need to have multiple shooters/scoring threats in todays league you NEED that, You can’t get away with bad spacing anymore

@NoirChvp Thanks for bringing up Shaq, they basically started implementing zone and more freedom on defense partially because of shaqs dominance, it allowed teams more versatility to guard Shaq vs the simple one on one or double limitations look it up

@Bball924 Unless you’re literally in a zone you are in no man’s land if you’re not guarding anyone… basketball or football alike… you are being dense

@NoirChvp Lmao playing safety forces the offense to question what decision to make, that’s like saying in football guys guarding an area is stupid because their in “no man’s land” they are guarding areas on the court/field to mask coverage and discourage or funnel the offense, that’s chess

Colman Domingo spoke to Men's Health about his experience coming out as gay to his family in the 1990s. The first person he told was his older brother: "I told him that I was gay. He looked at me and was just like, 'What?' He just couldn’t believe it. Eventually, he said, 'I don’t care, man. I love you anyway.' And he just hugged me. Then he said, 'Have you told anyone else?' I said, no. He said, 'Alright, this stays between you and me.”’ Her sister found out two days later: "She was pissed off. I said, 'Look, yes, it was really hard for me to tell him.' She said, 'No, no, no. Why didn’t you tell me first?' She was pissed off because she didn’t get the information first.’ Some time later, he told his mother—who accepted it calmly. Twenty minutes later, the phone rings and she says: “I talked to your stepfather.” She puts him on and he says, in his blue-collar masculine way, “You’re a good boy and there’s nothing you can tell me that would make me stop loving you.”’ 🔗menshealth.com/uk/fitness/a71…

I asked #Browns Todd Monken about the defensive plays made today—a couple of interceptions and a forced fumble. “Yeah, we threw interceptions in 7-on-7 for God’s sake. I mean, who does that? There’s no pass rush. I mean, it’s embarrassing.”
