@JustifyRed I will always leverage someone that has experience with similar struggles. I’m my units MRT so I’m always ready to help our Soldiers but I felt it was time for me to seek help for myself and I’m glad you commented because I think that convo with you would be beneficial.

@NolaFlightCEO I see a lot of similarities brother between us. Both Owners, Both Active Duty, Both have been on deployment, Both didn’t know what to do upon getting back. It definitely gets rough bro.. taking a step back is not an easy option. It could be a great option as well.

It’s never easy to say this, but I have failed as an Org owner over the past 18 months. Getting deployed to a foreign country was one of the best things to happen to me from a life experience perspective, but was the worst thing that could happen to me from a business standpoint.

I feel you brother, it is very very difficult being apart of this space and balancing your IRL responsibilities, especially a career. Being in the military is even more tedious because of the expectations they expect from you and the standard you have to meet. Much Love and Respect.
